Lighting the FUSE: Korn Ferry’s Journey to a Global Intelligent Workspace
“A collaboration platform is best when it fades into the background and allows our people to shine.” Bryan Ackermann, Chief Information Officer, Korn Ferry. Bryan didn’t just want another intranet; he and his team wanted an intelligent workspace with smarter tools that make it easier for their employees to deliver better quality. As a global organisation with 120 offices, Korn Ferry’s vision was to create an engaging “One Korn Ferry” digital workspace adopted by the entire workforce to enhance the way they work and act as the go-to place for all their collaboration and information needs. In this session you’ll learn about the journey Korn Ferry went on to create an evergreen digital workspace using Office 365, that has the potential to evolve and grow alongside their changing business requirements and how they are increasing efficiencies across key business processes and connecting the right people with the right knowledge at the right time. This session is with ClearPeople
